The process of picking up and returning the car was very smooth. Returning the car was almost instant. I received the return inspection report just as I was stepping onto the train station escalator. Europcar is trustworthy.

The service was pretty good, except they tried to upsell insurance. But I declined since I had already purchased full coverage in advance.

After getting off the train, it was easy to find the rental store using Google Maps. However, the store staff mentioned that the insurance wasn't purchased from them, which took some time to sort out. Now I understand that QEEQ actually deals with car insurance. The insurance provided when renting through the QEEQ platform is actually QEEQ's, which takes business away from the store's insurance. In case of any incidents, the money held on the credit card would be claimed by QEEQ. We didn't have any issues, so I'm not sure how QEEQ's insurance will handle real claims. It's something to keep an eye on.
