I was very satisfied with this self-drive car rental experience. National Car Rental provided efficient and considerate service. When I returned the car, I mistakenly parked at the domestic departure terminal instead of the international terminal. Despite communication barriers and unfamiliarity with the roads, their staff patiently came to my location and reassured me with 'No problem'. This made the rental experience exceptionally good.

It was a little hard to find. The car had plenty of scratches and dents but the agents marked them down - even the smallest ones.
