The car was very new and clean. After completing the paperwork, I picked it up from the parking area myself.

Not bad, the staff's attitude was average.

At LAX arrivals, we took our bag and proceeded to the curb to take the Free shuttle as mentioned in the booking instructions. A quick ride to the Car Rental location where we were helped by the counter staff in a friendly manner, took the car and went on our way. The drop off was great only 1 minute and directly to the shuttle transfer to departure. Smooth experience.
