It wasn't just us; other customers also had to wait a long time for their cars. One foreigner got fed up and went to another company to rent a car. We, who pre-paid, were left hungry and wasted a lot of time. The staff member attending to us was inexperienced and kept saying 'sorry' without offering any solutions.

We arrived 35 minutes before scheduled pickup time. It was not busy at the counter. They still made us wait until the precise pickup time. Not a second sooner

Car is relatively new and in good condition. Tyres were in good condition too, which is important due to the long drive.

pricing was a little confusing. but the price check works. should have helped saved a little; assuming I get pass the line items for the charges.
