Excellent service. As my driving experience was less than 2 years, they swapped my car for a lower tier one, a Mercedes station wagon, and refunded the difference. The staff at the store were extremely polite, and the insurance prices were very transparent. This trip to Germany was highly satisfying, especially in Munich, which I loved the most. Traveling around Germany, I liked every city, and the people were very friendly. The highways have no speed limit; most right turns were allowed on red lights, overtaking is done on the left, and slower vehicles should stay on the right lane. I drove at 150-160 km/h in the leftmost lane. Always use your turn signal when overtaking and returning to the original lane. Overall, stick strictly to the rules. This trip had zero accidents and zero violations.

The service was excellent. They clearly explained everything, and the process was very simple with no upselling or forced charges. The car was in good condition. I booked a manual transmission but got an automatic, and the car was very clean.

The staff was friendly and only asked if I wanted additional insurance, with no hidden charges. The car had only 8000 kilometers on it, and I picked it up through a self-service process after completing the paperwork. When returning the car, the elderly staff just took the car and said I could leave, mentioning they would inspect it and contact the credit card holder if there were any issues. I wonder if there will be any charges? Haha, I didn't go back to the office to ask. Hopefully not, I drove very carefully. ^_^
