The process was slow and they did not accept a US driver's license. The only child seat available was a booster. The first car we got had tire issues, and we had to drive a loop to get it replaced. The whole pickup process took two hours.
The service attitude was mediocre. Upon arrival, they claimed the reserved car model was unavailable and said I had to wait an hour. They suggested upgrading to get a car, but even after the upgrade, there was still no car. I ended up finding this vehicle in the parking lot, only then they couldn't refuse and let me drive off. I noticed other Chinese tourists were still waiting there.
Booking was handled by Fox rent a car. Good shuttle service from/to airport. They changed booking for fuel arrangement from: "full to full"
To prepaid without asking but corrected it upon my request.
