The car was great, but the company did not list a working phone number to reach them for pickup. After a lot of asking at the airport, I was lucky enough to find someone from another company who had it written down because, apparently, this is a very common complaint.

Nothing particular to mention. it was quite quick and efficient, would definitely recommend this company for Lisbon Airport. Only negative point is to find the shuttle at the airport, but nothing else to mention

“Good Cheap Reliable Car Hire”
About OK Mobility: 9.0 /10
Had to wait over 45 mins at car hire shuttle drop off/pick up point at Lisbon airport with no shuttle coming. There was no representative at the airport from OK Rent A Car to ask for help so had to phone OK Rent A Car three times who kept saying shuttle would arrive within 10 minutes but after 45 minutes wait we decided to get an Uber instead.

plus d 1h30 pour récupérer la voiture.....malgré mes appels téléphoniques en Espagne qui m ont coûté plus de 10euros....véhicule donné au départ sans essence...le personnel s est rattrapé et m a donné un véhicule neuf haut de gamme
