I rented a Mondeo but they gave me a Focus. This is unacceptable.

Hertz service was good. The wait time to pick up the car was quite long, but there was a staff member to check the car upon return. Our car's windshield had a small dent from a rock, which was noted by the staff. Once the return process was completed, I received the billing statement a few days after returning home. The damage assessment was reasonable, good service.

Quite convenient, not too crowded.

Renting a car at the airport is very convenient, and the staff have a good attitude.
