The staff can communicate fluently in both English and Chinese. Although the company seems small with an office in the basement, the efficiency is quite high, and the staff are responsive to customer requests.

The service attitude and car condition were satisfactory. When I picked up the car, the fuel gauge was at 2/3, and when I returned it, the gauge was at 1/3, and I didn't refill it. They charged 80 MYR to my credit card. Actually, I had previously filled the tank from 1/5 to full with only 75 MYR. Refilling from 1/3 to 2/3 would cost at most 30 MYR. They overcharged me by 50 MYR, which feels unfair!

Les lieux de retrait ou de restitution sont situés dans des sous sols de bureau sans aucune indication. Plus d une heure à l aller pour trouver le lieux de récupération alors que nous étions évidemment munis d un GPS. Au retour plus de 2h pour le trouver et personne sur place.. Attente de 20 minutes supplémentaires pour que quelqu un arrive nonchalamment et sans excuse. La voiture était abîmé notamment un impact sur le pare brise. Nous avons craint pendant tout le séjour que celui ci fissure. Enfin on a nous réclame notre numéro de carte bleu complet ce qui est très inquiétant et pas normal. Bref je ne recommanderai pas et je ne suis pas sûre de refaire appel à votre compagnie.

The car condition is very poor. The car service light is on, car tyres a bit flat (i need to pump myself into petrol station) and breakpad is gone.
