Car rental service was excellent. The counter person was very friendly and very good at service. Got a brand new car, which was nice to drive. Airport port pick-up and drop was on time. Overall I and my family very much impressed with the Fox Rent A Car.

“Pick up experience very frustrating”

Email describing where shuttle at airport was located was totally wrong - tried to reach Fox but recording several times indicated that I would have to call back. Once found had to wait for shuttle to return because it was full - then there was at least 6 people standing. My reservation was for a 9:00 am flight. When I finally got to pickup location there was no cars and was told that it would be 1:00 before any cars would be available. I had this car booked for weeks - just bad business!

The shuttle driver at the Salt Lake location, Jesus, was excellent! They switched me to a Toyota RAV4 and I was happy to have an AWD throughout our trip, great suggestion.
