The staff were friendly and courteous, provided detailed answers, and informed me about things to pay attention to on the road. However, they downgraded the car and misleadingly claimed it was an upgrade. This kind of behavior is deceptive to customers and unacceptable! Furthermore, the car was close to needing maintenance and had faults, reflecting poor management by the rental company, and it was very unsafe. Poor service!

The service attitude was excellent. The receptionist patiently explained all the terms we had booked without any upselling or hidden charges. They even upgraded our Toyota Yaris Cross AWD to a Kia Sportage AWD for free, which provided a more spacious and comfortable ride.
