Good condition car with attractive price

The car pickup process took two hours. The actual pickup was in an underground garage with dim lighting, making it impossible to see small scratches on the car.

The staff was very nice and patient. They used translation software to communicate because their English was not good. There was no forced insurance; I bought super insurance from QEEQ.

We had a reservation for 10 AM and arrived around 10 AM. There were two groups ahead of us being served. When it was our turn, we were informed that they had no A6 Avant available at this location. After waiting for an hour and a half, we were given a Ford S-MAX instead. The group before us, who were also Chinese tourists, received a Jeep Grand Cherokee and a BMW 5 series.

The store is quite small and a bit hard to find, better to use Google Maps first. Reception service at the store was pretty good. Initially, we were given a Viano, but it was too big and we were afraid to drive it. They nicely switched it for us. The car pick-up service at the parking lot was also very nice.

The staff at the counter were friendly when I picked up the car, but the garage personnel kept urging me to leave, giving me insufficient time to inspect the car. They were also impatient when I asked about how to use the onboard navigation system.
