Excellent service, the car rental process was convenient, and the vehicle was very good and comfortable.

After arriving at the airport, I called EZU, and they quickly sent a car to pick us up. The staff at the store were very friendly and patiently answered some of my questions. The return process was also very quick, taking only a few minutes, and the staff even drove us to the airport.

The rented vehicle couldn't restart after stopping during the trip because the battery was dead. We had to ask passersby to help jump-start the car. This happened twice in total.

I thought the car was great value for money. Friendly staff and relatively painless process
