Stay away from Tacoma Airport! It will be a frustrating experience! Long wait times for paperwork and car pickup. I've never encountered such hassle at an airport in the U.S. It takes at least an hour and a half to get a car! Terrible service.

The Indian clerk talked nonsense, pushed unnecessary insurance, and charged randomly.

Although the car model was slightly different, the front desk explained it to me.

I had pre-booked a full-size car, but there were none available when I arrived. They even asked if I wanted a 2-door car. After waiting for over 20 minutes, I was given a bright red car. Two grown men driving a bright red car for a business trip, we were too embarrassed to park it in front of the company. I will definitely not use Budget again.
