I booked a BMW, but they didn't have it and gave me a Volkswagen instead. The seats were very uncomfortable.

The car rental staff asked me to pay a deposit of £1950 with my credit card instead of using a pre-authorization when I picked up the car. After returning the car, I emailed them to request a refund of the deposit, but they claimed that the £1950 payment was just a pre-authorization. When I emailed again, asking them to check their bank payment records, they stopped replying. This is a scam car rental company.

The car rental service was very smooth for more than a month without any issues. The car was in good condition, and the navigation system was also good.

Very poor experience; the price increase for upgrading the vehicle was significant.

Car only had 1/4 of a tank petrol. Car provided was a Peugeot 3008, not a volvo xc60 as advertised.

Convenient and good value for money.
