Not bad, pick-up and drop-off were both very convenient. The only downside was that the staff spent a lot of time promoting additional services, including vehicle upgrades, which was unnecessary.

Like: Shuttle picked me up right outside baggage claim, pickup took about 15 minutes after shuttle arrived at the Alamo lot. Car was clean, 12,000 miles on odometer.
Dislike: I paid extra for the vehicle to be a Jeep Grand Cherokee. They only had Jeep Wrangler’s left, but instead of giving me a Wrangler, the salesman insisted I pay even more for it. I ended up with a Santa Fe. Not even close! No floor mats even after asking. They also charge $4/gal for gas.
