This company has serious issues with customer treatment; be cautious when renting. We rented for 9 days and bought full insurance, but due to improper parking, the front of the car was damaged. They deducted 2000 SGD from us, plus over 500 SGD for the rental fee which wasn't refunded. Eventually, they refused to provide a new car and wanted to kick us out. This made our entire trip in New Zealand very unpleasant, and the cost of renting another car was significantly higher.

The staff was extremely rude and canceled our order without reason.

The rental company's translation document provided by the platform was not accepted by the store, saying it lacked certain paperwork. It required complex communication and multiple employees just to get it sorted out. Very confusing. (The Indian staff were unfriendly towards Chinese people)

The car rental process was particularly slow. They said my translation document was not acceptable and asked me to pay them to translate it, otherwise, I couldn't rent a car!

The staff at both pick up and drop off locations were very helpful. The drop off was made so easy as we were instructed to just park at the Bluebridge terminal and hand the keys to the terminal staff
