They provided a Fiat hybrid car, which was quite new, but the build quality was really poor. On the highway, it felt noisy with a constant whooshing sound. Picking up the car an hour late wasn’t an issue. Although the pickup location was at Montparnasse train station, there was no line. The staff didn’t try to push extra insurance when they found out I had purchased QEEQ insurance.

The service attitude was very good. We arrived a bit late and there were no cars left, but the rental company immediately arranged another vehicle which was nearly new. Very impressive.

The store is difficult to find as it is located in an underground parking garage. You have to enter through a small entrance and go down to the third basement level.

Staff are patient and courteous, free upgrade.
