Stay away from Tacoma Airport! It will be a frustrating experience! Long wait times for paperwork and car pickup. I've never encountered such hassle at an airport in the U.S. It takes at least an hour and a half to get a car! Terrible service.

Very satisfied, quick and convenient car pickup.

The attitude of Budget in Seattle was quite good. They might have realized we were returning customers through our conversation, so they didn't dare push additional charges.

Everything else was excellent, the only issue was because it was raining. The store manager suggested we upgrade the car from the convertible we initially booked to a Jeep SUV. However, when we got to the parking lot, we saw the Jeep was also a soft-top and quite small. We went back to the store to request a change. Since the pre-authorization was already done, the manager tried to say there weren't any cars like the one we originally booked and suggested another upgrade. I mentioned I saw plenty of the original cars in the parking lot, but he insisted they were all reserved. Finally, I said if we didn't get the car we originally booked, we wouldn't rent from them. Only then, reluctantly, did he agree to give us the car we originally booked. Despite this, everything else was great; the rental point is conveniently located from the airport, return was quick, and the car was in good condition. However, it seems rental companies tend to mislead Chinese customers into upgrading. Hopefully, this can be improved in the future.

Great convenience since rental came with free tank of gas and additional driver allowance! Already took out a 2nd rental!
