Good experience, renting a car in the U.S. is really convenient.

The staff at Dollar was very patient. When he learned I was planning to go to the outlet mall in San Francisco over the next two days, he recommended that I purchase a road fee add-on service, which included a $16 per day toll fee. This saved me the trouble of late or missed toll payments. Many bridges in San Francisco require tolls, and if you don't pay upfront, you need to settle it online later, which can be easily overlooked and results in fines. This is less convenient compared to Europe. I originally booked a small Nissan car, but at pickup, they gave me a mid-size Nissan, similar in size to a Nissan Teana, and it was a brand-new, fuel-efficient car. I was very impressed with Dollar! Highly recommended!

Picking up and returning the car was very convenient. Originally, I booked a mid-size SUV, but received a full-size SUV instead. Although the car had high mileage and my wife was not comfortable driving it, the staff quickly replaced it with two brand new Jeep Cherokees with only 7 miles on them. These new cars accompanied us for 4500 kilometers over half a month in the western USA.

The drop off was very bad! No signs in the car park directing. Nothing to say where to drop keys. Managed to eventually find it our selves as the phone number given was not 24/7!! Very poor ending to what otherwise would have been a good experience.

Easy and straight forward. Only issue was not easy rent cars problem.
