Rented the car at Geneva Airport location. The service was pretty good, and there weren't many people when picking up or returning the car. They didn't push to sell insurance, and the procedures were quick and easy. When returning the car, there were some scratches, but they only charged 85 euros, which was quite reasonable and not overcharged. They were also very friendly and even allowed us to use the employees' restroom.

The store staff were very patient. Noticing our limited English, they even used a translation app to communicate with us. We just handed over the rental form and insurance documents to them.

Overall, it was pretty good. Renting a car in Geneva went smoothly and I was given an upgrade. However, returning the car was frustrating because they insisted a mark on the wheel rim was my fault. Thankfully, I had photos to prove otherwise. Make sure to inspect the car carefully.
