A very responsible rental company, will choose again next time!

The condition of the car asthetically was bad. Scratches and dings around the car. Booked a Toyota kluger but ended with a Nissan Pathfinder which was dated and old.

My car did not have a USB port so l would advise to check as you cannot assume!

We booked a small car for fuel economy, but were given a much larger Nissan with around 65,000 kms on the clock. The car had damage on almost every outside panel, and on both the front and back interior panels. The brakes groaned and squeaked every time we braked. The airbag light was flashing the whole time. Aucar clearly caters to the Asian market, as all documentation is in Chinese, and the reversing sensor talks in Chinese. Staff were reasonably friendly, but this is honestly the worst hire car we have ever had.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
