The Japanese staff were very nice.

Place was clean, and the staff were polite

Great staff, convenient location, the process of checking in was well organized & ran smoothly.

Great deals!

Good central location and superbly prepared hire car.

Slightly confused on admin as no rental email confirmation received. However voucher found in account when checked.

We cannot locate the place as we keep looking out for signs of Easy Rent Cars. We did not know that we are renting from Times Car Rental. Our booking information did not indicate so and we keep asking for directions to Easy Rent Cars without success. It was a kind local uncle that helped us made a phone call and that is when we realize we are to go to Times Car Rental. End up we pick our car 1 hour later than the booking time. We were also not given the car that we originally booked. We booked for a honda fit but we got a toyota instead. fortunately the toyota served us well. The car is very clean and easy to handle.
