Worst experience. Booked a 7 seater but got a 9 seater van after waiting for 3.5 hours. Staff was very rude and ask me to take a 9 seater or leave.

Didn't have my chosen car group when I got there, offered me a massive 7 seater truck which I didn't want and I had to wait over an hour for a car to be returned. It wasn't washed properly or hoovered inside. On the plus side it was perfectly OK and a nice car to drive so I wasn't too bothered but it definitely could have cleaned better
