The vehicle's window operation is different from standard cars, and I couldn't find it temporarily. The rental company required insurance even though I already purchased my own insurance online.

The staff forced me to take out Civil Liability Insurance, even though it was included

When we got there they claimed our car was not available and we would have to pay an additional 10 dollars per day. There were plenty of cars on the lot they could have given us. They said we would not have to return the gas tank full. It was 3/4 full when we got the car. We did return it full anyway because we were suspicious they would charge us extra and didn't want to take the chance.
