Smooth service and fast process.

They said the car would be given with a full tank, but it was almost empty. Luckily, I took photos when I picked up the car.

The staff said that since I had been in the U.S. for over six months, I was not eligible for the prepaid discount. They issued a new order on the spot, costing an extra $40! The service attitude was very unfriendly. Despite a long line of customers behind me, she slowly explained that I couldn't get the discount package.

We booked a seven-seater and specifically mentioned that we needed it for a baby. However, we were given a Toyota Highlander with an extremely cramped third row, and almost no trunk space. With six adults and a baby seat, it was very uncomfortable. The experience was not good.
