Counter staff did not arrange for our pick-up from the airport. Even though they sent me an SMS the day before arrival with instructions to call them when we arrived, when I called them upon arrival, the staff did not know about our booking and made no arrangement to pick us up from the airport. Only after 2 phone calls later did they pick us up. When we arrived at their office, they did not have our car ready. Several excuses were made with no regard for the time we lost just waiting for the car to be ready. All in all, after our long flight, we got into our car 2 hours after the booking time.

The car is ok, just the door abit hard to open.

The services is ok

The car was quite old and made odd noises when braking. Terrible customer service. Tried calling three different numbers for Aucar for pickup from the airport for, which none were answered for 15min. Organised out of hours car drop off, but no one was waiting for us when we arrived.
