The front desk receptionist discriminates against Chinese people.

There was no queue, and we picked up the car very quickly. Returning the car was even faster, less than a minute.

The rental counter is not far from the exit. I was able to find it without much trouble despite pushing a cart with two large suitcases. The process was straightforward. The lady at the counter was very friendly. She asked for my preference when selecting the car. After I checked the car and pointed out some issues (mainly that there was no spare tire, which she didn't seem to be aware of either), she immediately gave me a different car. The return process was also simple; they just asked if there were any damages and checked the fuel gauge.

The staff were enthusiastic. Although the rental company is not at the airport, there is a free shuttle to pick you up. It only takes ten minutes.

Like: The staff (two fluently bilingual gentleman) we’re as good as any I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lost the business card but wish I could give him the props he deserves. Excellent
