Picked up the car over the weekend, but there was only one staff member, so we had to wait for 2 hours to get the car. Additionally, the originally reserved model was unavailable, and they offered us an electric car instead, which we declined. During our discussion, the reserved model was returned, so we proceeded with the inspection and took the car.

The rental company and the car condition were excellent. The car provided for pick-up was exactly as booked and well-equipped.

The initial car we got was a VW, but the tires were almost worn out. After reporting it, they switched it for a BENZ with good tires!
