The staff at the store heavily promoted one of their insurance packages, saying that I couldn't get the car without buying it. I think more details could be improved, including folding chairs and tables that should be included in the rental price. Renting these items at the store can be expensive, and the staff will promote various packages. Additionally, if you don't buy the insurance package, a pre-authorization of 7500 AUD will be placed on your credit card, with a 2% bank service fee. These details should be clarified by the rental company. In the end, I had to buy another insurance package. I hope future renters understand these details to avoid redundant purchases.

Not good. Wasted a whole day waiting for the car, from morning until 6 PM. They gave me a car with no fuel and didn't compensate me.

Apollo's service was great. It was my first time renting a car internationally, first time using QEEQ, and first time driving an RV. Very satisfied with Apollo's service. They were very sincere. QEEQ's service was also excellent, and I will continue to use it.

A great company with very patient staff. However, make sure to ask them to demonstrate all the functions, and record a video to avoid any confusion later.
