Wasn’t to bad. Hiccups and bumps to make it really work. But it was cheaper which was my main goal.

The service was excellent, no unnecessary upsells, and the car pickup was very fast.

Need to take taxi or Uber to the pickup location from the airport, not very convenient

We received larger vehicle from lot. Vehicle in poor condition. Brakes rattled, car quickly overheated driving in traffic, car felt as though it was not safe and needed to be serviced badly. When I contacted YESAWAY, they were unable to accommodate us unless we drove the 2.5 hour back to LA. Discussion about what was wrong with the car resulted in customer service agent stating that if something was wrong with the car, it was our fault since we drove it off the lot. Very disappointed in overall quality and service.
