We spent 8 days in Melbourne. The car was pretty good. There were basically no issues. The staff were also nice. Even on Christmas Eve, they were still serving us. It felt great. We can continue to use their services.

The store is outside the airport. Called staff to pick us up; the shuttle service was prompt.

The car was great and the staff that we dealt with were wonderful. My only complaint is that the drop off location for the car in the confirmation email was listed incorrectly (was listed as 7 Sabre Court and should have been 26 Cataline Drive). Other than that, it was a fantastic experience.

The car I got was great but it was very dirty.

The car was certainly value for money, but the toll administration fees are ridiculous as I pay them on the spot and get charged again by Aucar. Otherwise a good experience.
