Delighted with the car. Pick up staff and Customer Service staff very helpful when I had to warn them of my delayed arrival. Very friendly and helpful. I was a little nervous of the minutiae of the pickup checks as it was my first attempt to hire a car but they made it simple and reassuring.

Very slow to be served. Not well staffed. The customer in front of me at pick up and drop off each time did not receive the car they had booked. Will not use again.
Customer service was terrible. No apologies given for time waiting on both pick-up and drop-off. They didn't apology for the inconvenience of there being different information on documents. And no apology for missing my ferry.
There were four other people in the are with the exact same problem. All British with no passport on them, but told different things.
