The car rental company's service was just okay. They charged 75 euros for cross-border and additional driver fees when picking up the car. What I was unhappy about was the 1800 euros deposit which still hasn't been released. Last time, I rented a BMW 3 Series and they only held 600 euros for a Jeep Compass.
Good, the service was very nice. There were a few more people during car pickup. The car provided was brand new, with less than 5000 km mileage, diesel engine, and very easy to drive.
Didn't notice during pickup, but there were minor scratches. Was charged 200 euros for damage and 65 euros for some other fee during drop-off. Frustrating.
