There was a very long wait to get to the office from the airport to pick up the car. And the price we paid for full insurance is too high (15 euros per day) as compared to another place on the island where they only take 9 euros per day for the same insurance !

Wish the directions for where to get the shuttle for the ride to the rental car place was a little bit more clear than it was. The ride to the car rental place is about 10 min from the airport. The person at the counter asked us where we were going and warned of us the area we were driving. Great Advice. Loved the fact the this was a 24 hour rental agency.

The car was not the VW Polo that we booked but apparently in the same class (Hyundi i20). The rental office was easy to find and the staff very helpful and courteous. Car was in good condition.

The car was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. A bit of confusion when I returned the vehicle earlier than the original booking time, even though I phoned to pre-arrange it, but that just meant waiting an extra 10 minutes so it wasn't a big deal. Very pleasant surprise that the vehicle was an actual Nissan Note and not a cheap equivalent (Fiat etc)
