The car provided was different from the one initially booked. Reserved a Mercedes but got a Great Wall.

When I picked up the car, there weren't any available, so I waited about 40 minutes. I originally reserved a Volvo V40 hatchback but ended up with a huge Renault Koleos station wagon. In my view, the reserved models don't mean anything; you just get whatever car they have. Maybe it was a free upgrade in terms of cost, but this kind of upgrade made me really nervous while driving. I've always driven small cars at home, and driving such a big car abroad was truly exhausting!

When picking up the car, there was no staff to accompany me. I had to find the car myself, and no one explained how to use it. The staff told me that since I had full insurance, there was no need to inspect the car when picking it up. However, during the return, the staff conducted a thorough inspection and found a tiny spot under the front of the car, claiming it was caused by me. I really can't agree with that.

Due to company's own reasons, they upgraded our reserved BMW 3 Series to a BENZ 350 diesel automatic for free. Impressive.

Very good! The staff were very enthusiastic and the car was great.
