The process went smoothly. I bought insurance in advance, and the store did not push for additional purchases. However, there were no snow tires or similar equipment. Be careful when driving in snowy areas like Banff. The car was in great condition, so it was safe to drive in the snow.

The pickup and return process was very smooth. You don't need to go to the counter to return the car. You can do it directly in the parking lot, the company's staff checks the vehicle and swipes the card immediately.

All well. They told me clearly that if any danage they will charge me 500 dollars subsequently i have to claim from other insurance company.
