Convenient and quick

I didn't buy extra insurance because the counter staff had a cold attitude and didn't say much. They just handed me the keys without showing me to the car. Fortunately, the staff at the rental company next door were very helpful. I initially just asked about daytime running lights, but they enthusiastically showed me how to use all the lights and where to open the trunk and refuel. When returning the car, the counter staff still had the same cold attitude, but the person who inspected the car provided excellent service.

The elderly gentleman was nice but a bit slow. He didn't push any sales, but the car model provided was not good. Suggest checking the parking lot first.

The service is quite standard and the attitude is friendly.
