Any issues where dealt with quickly. Very clean and very comfortable Toyota Alphard. Rear tv and ac controls. Scratches and marks on exterior off car did not faze us. Plenty of room and space for the whole family is what counted thanks

When people are paying the fee please make sure no hidden surprise like I got when I got an international fee associated with my booking.

The first car they tried to give me was unacceptable. The stereo and GPS nav was all in Japanese, and the service agent couldn't help me change it. Also there was a strange device near the driver's seat the agent couldn't identify. And the car smelled like old cigarette smoke. My first thought was that it was an employee's car they were trying to give me. Fortunately they gave me another car, and this one worked out fine.

The car was dirty and almost fallen apart - left car didn't close completely and right one didn't lock at all. The trunk door stuck most of the time. The back wheel made terrible sounds that everyone on the street were looking at us. I have no idea how did they pass WOF. Guy on the counter had very strong Chinese accent and have to ask him many times
