Also, the insurance details were only explained in-store, indicating that insurance must be handled through the car rental platform. In summary, many details were vaguely described during the booking process, and full explanations were given only when picking up the car.

I waited a really long time to get my car. They need an actual document showing your insurance. Visa and MasterCard are not enough. This really needs to change as it bogs down the whole exchange. Most of their customers are Chinese tourists who are accustomed to providing that but the company hasn’t yet understood how things are done in America.
