This is the third time renting from this company. I arrived at 4 a.m., called them, and someone came right away to complete the paperwork. Picked up the car from the parking lot across the street, and for returning, I just went to the arrival level to find a staff member. Even though there was a language barrier, there were no issues and the process was very fast.

Acceptable

The car exceed my expectation. However, the fuel was at 3/4 mark instead of Full.

Booking was smooth and easy. How to claim insurance? Suffered a knock or dent to the front left side.

I have used National earlier too and the cars given are usually new and are in great condition. The Phuket counter is very helpful. They replaced the car immediately on being notified of a weak battery.

I have used other platforms but find Easy Rentcars superior and more competitive. Also the customer care chat is prompt and solution worthy
