The car pick-up was quite good. They knew we had already purchased insurance and did not push us to buy more. However, during the drop-off, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and did not check carefully, resulting in an extra charge of around 10 Canadian dollars.

The Calgary counter provided a car of a lower category! They even tried to persuade me to pay extra for an upgrade! Fortunately, I had not left yet and realized the scam in time. I returned to the rental point and after some discussion, I got the correct car. However, it still affected my schedule.

They really misled me. I bought full insurance, but accidentally scratched the door a bit, and they demanded a 500 CAD compensation, saying full insurance only covers costs beyond 500 CAD.
