When picking up the car, I was given the wrong contract, but at least the issue was resolved when returning the car. It just took a bit long, both for picking up the car and resolving the issue. Takoma Airport's phone is hard to reach, and the same goes for calling other stores.

The counter service was excellent.

When we arrived, Budget was already closed, and Avis handled the car pickup. I booked a car, but the only options available were a truck and a van. The two of us ended up using a huge van, which we drove around the city for two days. We didn't cover much distance, but refueling cost us 63 dollars.

One staff member on my two rentals was excellent, but the other who tried to sell insurance and failed was quite unhappy, so it really depends on the person. Still better than Dollar.

There were many people when picking up the car, but returning was quick (possibly because I had full insurance). The free shuttle was convenient, the return location was near a gas station, and the car was in good condition.
