I originally booked the most expensive full-size Jeep, but was given a Chevrolet Equinox instead. I thought they were the same class so I didn't mind. After returning home, I found out that the Chevrolet Equinox sells for only a bit over ten thousand dollars domestically. If I had known, I would have booked a much cheaper small-sized SUV!
Very dissatisfied. Without informing me, a fee was suddenly charged after 3 days, claiming the fuel tank was not full, even though it was only one bar short. Charged over 170 CAD which is very unreasonable. Poor user experience. The car was not the one I selected; each car has a different price. I specifically wanted an American car but got a Korean one. How is the price difference calculated? Seems suspicious.
The car pick-up was quite good. They knew we had already purchased insurance and did not push us to buy more.
However, during the drop-off, we were in a hurry to catch a flight and did not check carefully, resulting in an extra charge of around 10 Canadian dollars.
The staff were friendly and clearly explained the vehicle's condition. They were also very patient when helping with the return process. Although the provided car model was different from the one I booked, it was even better. There were no additional sales or unclear charges.
