First time renting a car, the service attitude was very good, the rental process was smooth, the paperwork was simple, and the value for money was great. Very satisfied with this car rental experience.

Not bad

Alamo should be a cost-effective car rental company. This time it seemed like there were more people in line at Alamo compared to other companies. It was supposed to be a Ford Explorer or similar vehicle, but we got a Ford Edge instead. Although it seemed a bit smaller, it was still fine. It was a new car and more than enough for two adults and a child. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, right across from the Calgary airport terminal.

The staff were friendly and clearly explained the vehicle's condition. They were also very patient when helping with the return process. Although the provided car model was different from the one I booked, it was even better. There were no additional sales or unclear charges.
