Terrible! Everyone, be careful. This place is worse than smaller rental companies. They scammed us for extra insurance and a full tank of gas! Afterward, they tried to dismiss our complaints with a contract we never saw, and the signature was clearly copied and pasted! Never again, even if I can't find another car, I won't choose Avis!!!!

The pick-up process was quite fast, and they gave us a Skoda. The car was new and had great performance.

Very good, the car was new and the entire trip went smoothly. The only issue was that I had to wait at the rental counter in Frankfurt airport, and the process was a bit slow.
