When we arrived at the counter to pick up the car, everything was prepared in advance. However, even though we had already prepaid for crossing the Czech border when renting, we were told at pick-up that it was not allowed. Alternatively, we could switch to a Toyota 7-seater, but we were not notified about this beforehand.

The pick-up and drop-off procedures were very convenient, and the car was in excellent condition. It was a new car with only 3000 kilometers, and being a diesel car, it was powerful and fuel-efficient. We only spent less than 200 euros on diesel for 2200 kilometers. The seven-seater was spacious for five people, and the luggage space was ample, making it perfect for long trips.
