They overcharge. I want to file a complaint.
I initially booked a smaller car, upgraded to a larger one for 10 days, but was charged 13 days of upgrade fees. Also, I forgot to refuel when returning the car and was charged for two full tanks of gas.
There are hidden charges, such as secretly adding roadside assistance fees. Make sure to carefully review the contract details when signing.
