The store staff are very friendly. Although their spoken English has a bit of an accent, it is still understandable. However, they do recommend additional paid options.

安く車を借りれたことには満足です。 今回は不運にも車自体のトラブルがありましたが、運が悪かったと思ってます。 ただ車が故障したあとの対応が最悪でした。 QEEQさんか、Thriftyさんのどちらに伝えればいい判断が難しいところですが、約束した時間・場所に車を取りに来るなら、来て欲しかったし、それが無理になって翌朝空港まで送ります。朝の9時半に迎えに行きますと言うなら、時間厳守で迎えに来てくれないと、何時間も時間をロスすることになります。 今回はチェックランプがついても走れたので飛行機にも間に合いましたが、自走できなかった場合を考えると非常に不安です。

Overall not bad, but picking up the car at the store was a bit of a hassle. Additionally, the vehicle's features, condition, and cleanliness were not as good as on the Big Island. Although they washed the exterior of the car, the inside had a layer of volcanic ash on the dashboard, and the steering wheel felt grimy. There were even cockroaches; my friend felt something crawling on his leg while driving, and we eventually saw it crawling into the center console.

The staff informed us that they don't even have the Suburban model and gave us a rather old Conqueror. They said if we want to change cars we have to call and check ourselves, and only if there are available cars can we switch. They won't notify us as soon as a car becomes available.
