Everything was excellent

The counter staff are very friendly and helpful. The transactions went quick and smoothly. Shuttle van bring us to the location which is nice because outside the craziness of the ORD airport.

Stuff was not professional at all. You do not talk about you personal stuff with other workers while taking care of the client. This place is so over stocked with cars (they rent and provide parking for the airport)you can barely get out with your rental. I had to call twice just to make sure I will have the car that I wanted. Price was the only thing that kept me from saying anything.

Like: Great Jeep for a very reasonable price. Staff was all very nice.
Dislike: Make sure to read the terms and conditions of the rental - I have never experienced a company that, no matter if your plane was delayed and you paid in full, would release your reserved vehicle and charge you full price if you were more than 2 hours late. You can avoid this by calling and letting them know but we were stuck on the tarmac with horrible cell phone reception so we couldn't call. Luckily, we made it with 10 minutes to spare but still they said that there is no flexibility with that policy and that seems crazy. I paid beforehand so that vehicle should be waiting for me no matter how late my pick-up is.

Like: Didn't have to wait too long for the ride at the airport. The staff was very proficient and did not upsell anything. I had a great experience. Will choose them again.
