Unfriendly, long wait

The rental company had the car ready, and there were only two customers ahead of me during the paperwork process, so I could drive away quickly.

Absolutely disgusting experience, the car's tires repeatedly had problems during the trip, leaking air. Requested a vehicle replacement but they refused. I was told that the repair costs could be reimbursed, but it's been a month since I returned home and no one has handled this issue. Contacting Zuzuche didn't help either, as they kept delaying. Still no compensation.

Could not get app to work even after opening an account. They arranged an Uber for drop offs and pick ups. Licence tag was expired, but there were no issues.

Very good deal.
